Instead of trying to force 20 minutes meditation upon yourself every morning (and stressing yourself out in the meantime), why not start with 1-2 minutes, simply sitting there. If that’s too much, try one relaxing, conscious breath at a time, whenever you remember. It’s a start and it’s definitely better than doing nothing at all.
