Your arms and legs will have a serious work out too. Chi Fit includes cardio, isometrics and body balance exercises to leave you feeling and looking great.

Squats like this, repeated in a dynamic, moderately fast rhythm work the whole body all at once. Aerobic, Anaerobic and de-stressing, all in one workout.
